Cancellation Policy
At BookYogaSchool, we want to ensure complete transparency regarding our booking deposits and cancellation rules.
1. Non-Refundable Booking Deposit
The deposit payment required to secure your booking on BookYogaSchool is strictly non-refundable at any cost. This deposit covers the administrative fees and guarantees your spot with the organizer.
2. Organizer's Cancellation Policy
The remaining balance is paid directly to the organizer. The refundability of the remaining balance is entirely dependent on the specific cancellation policy of the retreat organizer, which is displayed on the retreat's listing page under "Booking Conditions".
- Flexible: 100% refund of the remaining balance if canceled a certain number of days before arrival.
- Moderate: 50% refund of the remaining balance if canceled a certain number of days before arrival.
- Strict / Non-Refundable: No refund of the remaining balance.
3. How to Cancel a Booking
You can cancel your booking at any time via your Customer Dashboard under the "Trips" section. You will be required to type a confirmation phrase acknowledging that your initial deposit will not be refunded.
4. Cancellations by the Organizer
If an organizer cancels a retreat due to unforeseen circumstances, please contact our Support team. We will work with you to either transfer your deposit to another retreat or issue a refund for the deposit amount on a case-by-case basis.
