How do deposits work?
When you book a retreat, you pay a 15% deposit to confirm your spot. The remaining 85% is paid directly to the organizer on arrival, in accordance with their payment schedule.
Is my deposit refundable?
The booking deposit is non-refundable. It covers administrative fees and guarantees your spot with the organizer. The refundability of the remaining balance depends on the organizer's own cancellation policy, which is displayed on each retreat listing.
Is my payment secure?
Yes — deposits are processed via Razorpay, a secure, PCI-compliant payment gateway. We never store your card details.
What happens after I send an inquiry?
The organizer will review your inquiry and respond within their stated response time (usually 24–48 hours). Once they approve your booking, you'll receive a payment link to pay the deposit and confirm your spot.
Can I cancel my booking?
You can cancel via your Customer Dashboard under "Trips". Note that the initial deposit is non-refundable. See our Cancellation Policy for full details.
